Information about the process
To ensure that everything goes smoothly, we recommend that you contact us via info@hockeyshop-forster.de and make an appointment. During your visit, we will first check your position and then scan and photograph your feet.
We will then go through the footage thoroughly and note any issues with the fit of the foot and skate to help you design the custom skate.
We will then discuss the various options together and fill out the relevant form. Please note that the custom order requires prepayment so that we can send your scan, images and form to Canada. The delivery time for the skates is usually 4-6 weeks, but it is advisable to inquire about the current delivery time when making an enquiry, as delays may occur during peak periods.
As soon as we receive your skates, we will contact you by phone so that you can come and try them on. With True Skates, individual adjustment is possible through heat deformation.
